CAD Design Preview — See It Before We Make It
This is one of the most important parts of our custom process — and one of the things our customers love most about working with us.
Before a single gram of gold is worked, our CAD (Computer-Aided Design) expert Rohit creates a detailed 3D digital rendering of your piece. You will see exactly how your jewellery will look — from every angle — before manufacturing begins. You can review the design, request changes, and give final approval before we proceed.
This means no surprises. No disappointments. No guesswork. You know exactly what you are getting before it is made.
Our Custom Order Process
Step 1 — Consultation
Tell us your vision. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, or visit our showroom at Gold & Diamond Park. Share any reference images, sketches, or descriptions of what you have in mind. Our team will ask the right questions to fully understand your vision, budget, and timeline.
Step 2 — Gemstone Selection
We help you choose the perfect stone for your piece — or you can bring your own. We advise on the right shape, size, quality, and type of stone for your design and budget, drawing on our 20+ years of gemstone expertise.
Step 3 — CAD Design
Our CAD expert creates a full 3D design of your piece. You receive detailed renderings showing exactly how it will look. We refine the design based on your feedback until you are completely happy with every detail.
Step 4 — Manufacturing
Once you approve the CAD design, our master craftsmen — supervised by Factory Head Faizan — begin manufacturing your piece in your chosen metal (18K gold, 22K gold, white gold, rose gold, or silver). Every detail of the approved design is followed precisely.
Step 5 — Quality Check
Before your piece leaves our workshop, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection. We check every dimension, every setting, every surface finish against the approved design. Only pieces that pass our quality standards are delivered.
Step 6 — Delivery
Your finished piece is beautifully packaged and delivered to you — in Dubai or anywhere in the world — via secure, insured courier. We include full documentation including care instructions and, where applicable, gemstone authenticity reports.

Custom jewellery pricing depends on the gemstone chosen, the complexity of the design, the metal, and the manufacturing time required. We provide a full detailed quotation before you commit to anything — no hidden costs, no surprises.
Standard custom orders are typically completed within 1–2 weeks from design approval. Complex or multi-stone pieces may take longer. Rush orders may be possible depending on current capacity — please ask.
