• By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.
• If you buy for a company, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

2Our gemstones and jewellery

• Every natural gemstone is unique. We describe each stone as accurately as we can: species, weight, size, treatment and origin where known.
• Colour on screens can differ from the real stone because of lighting and screen settings. Small colour differences are not a fault.
• Weights and sizes are measured carefully but can have small tolerances.
• Lab reports: major stones come with a report. A recognised independent laboratory is the final word on origin and treatment.

3Prices

• All prices are shown and charged in AED. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may charge a fee.
• Prices can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes are paid by the buyer.

4Placing an order

• After you order, we send a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order.
• We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is no longer available, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify the payment.
• Please give a correct name, address and phone number. Delays caused by wrong details are not our responsibility.

5Payment

• We accept Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer and selected cryptocurrencies on request.
• In the UAE you can also use Tabby (4 payments) or Cash on Delivery. Tabby payments follow Tabby's own terms.
• Cash on Delivery: small stones are paid on delivery. Large stones need part of the price in advance. Not available for custom jewellery.
• Outside the UAE, full payment is needed before we ship. For bank transfer and crypto, we dispatch once the payment reaches us.
• Card payments are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

6Custom jewellery and stone cutting

• Custom jewellery needs full payment in advance.
• We start making your piece once you approve the design. It is usually ready to ship 1–2 weeks after approval.
• Pieces made to your design, and stones cut, re-cut, calibrated or set at your request, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If there is a fault, we will put it right.
• Please check your ring size with our ring size guide before you order.
• If you send us a design, sketch or photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to make your piece.

7Delivery

• UAE: AED 25, usually delivered in 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• International: AED 199, usually delivered in 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• Every parcel is tracked and insured until it reaches you. Delivery times are estimates; customs checks can add a few days.
• The exact shipping cost shows at checkout.

8Returns, refunds and exchanges

• You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange.
• Wrong, damaged or not-as-described items: full refund, including shipping. Tell us about damage within 48 hours.
• Change of mind: unused loose stones and ready-made jewellery, with certificate and packaging. You pay the return shipping.
• Refunds are paid within 5 business days of inspection, to your original payment method.

9Your account

• You can check out as a guest or create an account.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

10Using our website

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or reuse our photos, product listings or written content without written permission.
• Use bots or automated tools to access the website.
• Hack, overload or interfere with the website, or send spam or harmful links.
• Pretend to be someone else or give false information.

11Our content and brand

All photos, videos, text, logos and designs on razagems.com belong to Raza Gems LLC unless stated otherwise. See Intellectual property and copyright.

Our guides and blog are for general information. Content about the history and traditions of gemstones is not medical, health or financial advice. See our Disclaimer and Gemstone disclaimer.

13Our responsibility to you

• We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
• We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

15Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the UAE. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
