- Carat weight. Larger stones of the same quality are worth more per carat.
- Lab report. A report from a recognised lab confirms the stone and can support a higher offer.

Yes. Bring your stones to either branch and our experts will check them at no cost.
Do I have to sell after the evaluation?
No. You get an offer and you decide. If you do not accept, you take your stones home.
Can I sell a stone without a certificate?
Yes. Bring any certificate or lab report you have, as it helps, but our experts can still assess the stone without one.
How quickly am I paid?
If you accept our offer, payment is made on the spot at the branch.
