Name, email, phone number and delivery and billing addresses.
Order details, ring sizes and design requests.
Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or our contact forms.
Your CV and contact details if you apply for a job with us.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
PayPal and Tabby process your data under their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically

IP address, device and browser type.
Pages you visit, products you view and how you move around the site.

3How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, including custom pieces.
To reply to your questions and send order and shipping updates.
To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
To keep the records UAE law requires for tax and accounting.
To improve our website and show product suggestions. We may use AI tools for this; they never make decisions that affect your rights or finances.
To send offers and news, only if you agree. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To handle job applications, if you send us your CV.

We advertise on Google, YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, and use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site. These services use cookies and pixels to measure our ads and show relevant ads to you.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

6International transfers

We serve customers worldwide. Your data may be processed outside the UAE, in countries where Shopify and our partners work. We only use providers that protect personal data with strong security.

7How long we keep it

Order and payment records: as long as UAE law requires for tax and accounting.
Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
Job applications: only as long as needed for hiring.

8Your rights

You can ask us to:

See the personal data we hold about you.
Correct data that is wrong.
Delete your data, where we do not need to keep it by law.
Stop using your data for marketing.
Withdraw any consent you gave.

9Keeping your data safe

Our store runs on Shopify, with encrypted (SSL) connections, secure checkout and limited staff access to customer data.

10Children

Our website is not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
