Lab-created stones such as moissanite are clearly labelled. If a recognised lab finds a stone is not as described, you get a full refund. Our guarantee.

Every stone comes with a Raza Gems certificate. Many major stones also have an independent report from a lab such as GIA, IGI, GRS or IDL. Ask us before you buy if you need one.

You have 7 days from delivery. Loose stones and ready-made jewellery can be returned unused, with their certificate and packaging, for a refund or exchange. Wrong, damaged or not-as-described items get a full refund including shipping. Full returns policy.

No, unless they are faulty. Custom jewellery and stones cut or set to your order are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged.

If the item is wrong, damaged or not as described, we pay. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refunded. If a recognised lab proves a stone is not as described, we also refund the lab fee.

Yes, under the same 7-day rules — except items marked Final sale, which can only be returned if faulty or not as described.
