Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Raza Gems LLC for your jewellery and gemstone purchases. We take pride in providing authentic and high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.
Only non-customized gemstones are eligible for exchange.
Customised jewellery and customised stones (made on special order or designed as per customer request) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange will only be accepted if the item is in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
Items that show wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
For stone authenticity checks, any lab testing fees must be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for any purchase made at Raza Gems LLC.
The only exception is if the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will arrange an exchange of the same or similar product.

Procedure for Exchange

Contact our Customer Service Team within the allowed exchange period.

Provide your original purchase receipt and product details.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange process will be completed.

Exclusions

Customised jewellery and customised stones: No exchange or return under any condition.
Items purchased during special promotions or sales may carry different policies as per terms of that offer.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange process (both return shipping and delivery of exchanged item).
