At Raza Gems, we are committed to providing you with a straightforward and transparent 10 Days Return & Replacement policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

The item(s) must remain in their original, unused condition.

Replacement items are subject to inspection and verification by the Raza Gems team.

Damages resulting from neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

To initiate a return, the product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, and any other relevant materials.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone within the 10-day period and receive a full refund of the purchase price, provided the above conditions are met. Please note that shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Gemstone Jewelry:

Custom jewelry items such as rings, pendants, bracelets, etc., cannot be returned for a cash refund. However, you can request a store credit, which will be equivalent to 75% of your invoice value, within 10 (Ten) days of delivery. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your jewelry order, Raza Gems will deduct making charges amounting to 25% of the total purchase price.

For jewelry orders with a cost exceeding 25% of your purchase, and in the event of order cancellation, Raza Gems will deduct the actual jewelry costs.

If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, the certification cost will be deducted.

Important Notes:

Shipping Charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These charges are billed directly by the payment gateway and are non-refundable.

Any additional lab certificates ordered separately from the gemstone will not be refunded in the return payment.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the product at our address. Please note that credit card companies/banks may take an additional week to reflect the refund in your account.

I purchased 2 loose gemstones, but I only want to return one. Can I do that?
Yes, under our no-questions-asked return policy for gemstones, you can return one of the gemstones within the 10-day period.

I have misplaced the lab certificate and original packaging of the product. Can I still return the loose gemstone?
While we usually require all original documents, including the product certificate, invoices, packaging, and more, to process a return, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. In such cases, please contact our customer support team with the details of your specific scenario, and we will assist you accordingly.

Can I return a gemstone that I purchased and had set in a ring?
Our Returns policy explicitly states that custom jewelry cannot be returned for a cash refund. However, you are eligible for a store credit worth 75% of your invoice value, which can be used for future purchases on Raza Gems.

I am returning a loose gemstone. How should I send it?
When returning or replacing a gemstone, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization.

Ensure you retain all original items that accompanied the gemstone, including the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, and more.

Please be aware of courier policies regarding jewelry shipments. Some customers have managed to address this by discreetly labeling the package as "Artificial Jewelry" or "Astrological Product," though this is done at their own risk.
Important: Do not include the name "Raza Gems" or any gemstone or jewelry-related terms on the outside of the package to avoid undue attention and potential theft. Instead, correctly label us as "Raza Gems LLC."
