Ring Size Guide

The easiest way to find your ring size is to measure a ring that already fits the same finger well, then match it on the chart below. If you have no ring to hand, a strip of paper and a ruler work too.

How to measure your ring size at home

  1. Use a ring that fits: lay it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in millimetres. Match that number on the chart.
  2. No ring? Use paper: wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. That is your finger's circumference.
  3. Measure twice: do it at the end of the day, when fingers are a little larger, and avoid very cold hands.

Tips for the right fit

  • Knuckles: the ring must slide over your knuckle. If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, choose a size between the two.
  • Wide bands: a wide band or a signet ring feels tighter, so many people go half a size up.
  • Between sizes: pick the larger one. A ring can be made slightly smaller more easily than larger.
  • Gift and not sure? Borrow a ring the person wears on the same finger, or tell us and we will help you choose.

Still unsure? Send us a photo of your measurement on our contact page, or visit one of our Dubai showrooms and we will size your finger in a minute. For made-to-order pieces, see custom orders.

About Navratna (Nine Gemstones)

Navratna is a traditional set of nine gemstones: ruby, pearl, red coral, emerald, yellow sapphire, diamond, blue sapphire, hessonite and cat's eye. The nine are set together in one piece of jewellery.

  • Mineral: Set of nine gemstones
  • Hardness: Varies by stone on the Mohs scale
  • Main sources: Varies by stone; see each gemstone's page
  • Treatments: Each stone in a navratna piece can carry its own common treatment, such as heated sapphire or dyed coral; ask us for the lab reports on the stones in any piece.
  • Care: Clean gently with a soft damp cloth, as the set mixes hard gems with soft pearl and coral that dislike chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners.
